Aliens Cowl
The Aliens cowl pattern is a reversible cowl with a funky colorwork design on one side and fun, simple stripes on the other one!
I’ve been wanting to design something a bit more funky, a bit more playful and with really bright colors for awhile now and I’m so excited I trusted my gut and went to where my creativity was taking me.
Materials
3 mm (2.5 US) needles 60 (24”) cable
3.5 mm (4 US) needles 60 (24”) cable
Stitch marker to mark beginning of row
Crochet hook for provisional cast on (I used a size 3.5mm/E hook)
Scissors
Darning needle
Yarn
Color A Sorry not Sorry 100g / 475yds – Hedgehog Fibres sock twist (80% merino / 20% nylon fingering weight yarn)
Color B Heisenberg 100g / 475yds – Dyer Wolf Yarn Co. 85/15 base (85% merino / 15% nylon fingering weight yarn)

Intermediate (this pattern calls for provisional cast on, color work and Kitchener stitch for grafting techniques.)

Measured over color work pattern after blocking 30 sts and 30 rows / 4’ (10cm) Color work pattern is knit using larger needles.
